These terms keep Fur Baby Legacy a safe, kind place. By using the site you agree to them. The short version: be honest, be gentle, and what you publish should be yours to publish.

The service

Fur Baby Legacy lets you create public memorial pages for animals and lets visitors leave guestbook memories. Memorials are public by design once published; our permanence promise describes how we treat them after that. Guestbook entries are reviewed before appearing and cannot be edited after posting.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give us the license we need to host, display, and share it as part of running the site.
• Only post photos and words you have the right to post. Don't publish other people's personal information without their consent.
• Memorials are for remembering animals. Content that is hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or exploits grief (spam, scams, solicitation) will be removed and may end the account that posted it.

Moderation

We review guestbook entries before they appear and may decline or remove any content that violates these terms or the spirit of the site. We try to err on the side of kindness — grief pages attract both love and, occasionally, cruelty, and we choose the love.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and what happens under it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service anytime and may request deletion of your account.

The honest disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and to honor our permanence promise, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
